The Brotherhood Mission Ministries, founded in 1908 by Dr. Russell Conwell, began by helping homeless male immigrants looking to stay in Philadelphia. Through the years the mission has expanded its programs to better serve the increasing number of homeless men struggling with drug and alcohol dependency.
