About George Pocock Rowing Foundation

Despite a long history of success at the junior, masters, and elite levels, the Pacific Northwest is isolated from the center of gravity of rowing in the US. The Pocock Foundation was created to assist in the creation of new rowing organizations, to develop rowing centers and competitive venues, support highly competitive athletes, and to reach out to communities that are traditionally underserved.
