About SILVER AGE YOGA COMMUNITY OUTREACH INC

Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach (SAYCO) is a non-profit organization that provides free yoga to seniors. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of an aging population by improving overall health and well being through yoga. In pursuit of this mission, founders Serpil and Frank Iszak gave birth to a new style of yoga designed specifically for older adults. Silver Age Yoga is the only gerontology-based style of yoga; it is designed to empower seniors to take charge of their own health.

Current Programs: SAYCO offers free yoga instruction on a weekly basis to a diversified and underserved population of seniors. SAYCO is able to provide funding for these services through several programs, most notably via grants, donations, and the significant contributions of participating yoga teachers.
