Mission: Established in 1990 following the Chornobyl catastrophe, CCRDF is a humanitarian organization focused on saving and improving the lives of children in Ukraine. Goal: To provide state-of-the-art medical aid to children in Ukraine with cancer, genetic birth defects, heart diseases, and immune deficiencies as well as to provide aid to orphans. Objective: CCRDF’s primary objective is to strengthen the Women’s and Children’s Health Initiative Programs in the fields of neonatology, perinatology, infant cardiac surgery, and pediatric oncology. CCRDF also works to improve the quality of life of children with disabilities year-round at orphanages through nutritional, educational, and physical therapy programs.
