I will be participating in the 2008 The Relay race.  It is a 199 mile team relay race from Calistoga to Santa Cruz.  Check out http://www.therelay.com/ for more information.

I am a member of the team called Waiting for Runs.  This team is comprised of 12 runners who have met virtually through the Nike+ site.  On April 19th & 20th we will all meet and run together as a team.

This will be my 2nd team relay.  In 2005 I ran the Wild West Relay in Colorado and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.  You can't really put the experience of running a relay into words, you just need to be involved in one.  A relay adds the friendship and team involvement to the great sport of running!
