The mission of Utica Dollars for Scholars is to establish and maintain a growing source of scholarship and academic support for students from Utica NY and surrounding communities. Utica Dollars for Scholars was founded in Utica New York in November 1994, and is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2004.
