Today's Treasures Rescue and Adoption (TTRA) is a small group of volunteers dedicated to helping discarded pets find permanent homes. Those we rescue are stray, neglected or mistreated animals, or those in kill shelters. Occasionally TTRA helps owners find homes for their dogs or cats if they are unable to provide for them. All of our rescues are in foster care and are not in danger of euthanasia. Since forming as a group in 2005, TTRA has successfully placed over 375 pets in forever homes.

TTRA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Any donations, whether by the adoption fee, fundraisers or private donations, go to further our rescue efforts. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. When finances allow, TTRA assists other nonprofit rescues by helping with their vet costs.

TTRA educates the public on all aspects of responsible pet ownership. TTRA spays and neuters pets in its care and imposes upon others to do the same. Without population control, many more animals will die from lack of available homes.
