The purpose of Friends of A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway, Inc. is to implement the Corridor Management Plan (CMP) for the A1A corridor in Flagler County and St. Johns County, Florida, as the designated Corridor Management Entity (CME); to promote the conservation, preservation and beautification of this significant, historic, scenic and natural resource; to promote and manage aesthetically compatible development on this national scenic byway corridor and affected areas; and to serve as a vehicle for the community to express their views, desires and concerns to preserve, protect, promote and enhance the intrinsic resources within the corridor.
