About George Bartol Memorial Scholarship Fund, LLC

Description: We provide college scholarships to children whose parent is battling brain cancer or to children who have lost a parent to brain cancer.

Mission: The George Bartol Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2004 by his wife and daughters. George was a dedicated soldier, father, husband, son, and brother. He proudly served two tours in Vietnam and was honored to serve his country as a Vietnam Helicopter Pilot. Education was always very important to our Dad and to carry on his memory, this scholarship was established to aid a child who has lost a parent to brain cancer or a child who has a parent battling brain cancer. Children of Vietnam Veterans who have not been awarded VA Chapter 35 benefits are strongly encouraged to apply.
