CTC&D is a feline and canine nurture center concerned for the well being and health of homeless cats, kittens, dogs & puppies in need of food, shelter and love. CTC&D takes abandoned and surrendered animals, places them into foster homes, ensures they have proper medical care, and adopts them out to permanent, loving homes.
