Our organization provides a kennel for unwanted and stray animals in the Centre and Clearfield County areas. We also provide law enforcement officers to enforce the PA Crimes Code Section 5511 which pertains to animal cruelty. We promote responsible animal ownership, including neutering of not only all animals adopted from our kennel but by also offering a subsidized cat spay/neuter program for the public.
