Description: PAMS is an organization founded with the purpose of uniting all Peruvian physicians to improve medical education, health and cultural relations between Peru and the United States. The Endowment Fund receives the funds to make charitable expenditures for PAMS' activities in Peru to help indigent Peruvian patients, hospitals and medical schools.

Mission: PAMS Endowment Fund takes medical missions to Peru for the care of indigent patients, helps medical schools in Peru to bring them to the standars of USA schools, sets specialty units at Peru Hospitals (Cardiovascular Surgery, Renal Units, Intensive Care Units, Newborn Units) finances exchange of professors from Peru and USA for short periods of training.
