Mission: The Minnesota Medical Foundation promotes philanthropy in support of research and education at the University of Minnesota's Medical Schools (Twin Cities and Duluth) and School of Public Health. Benefactors to the Foundation support more than 1,200 research funds representing such areas as women's health, aging, prevention, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's and heart disease. Donors also support the training of future health professionals through much-needed scholarships and educational programs focused on the practice of 21st century medicine.
