Mission: Our mission is to use the horse to expand the personal, emotional, and physical boundaries of all who ride and work with us.Windrush Farm was founded on the principle that all of us are capable of more than we think.Our well trained, sensitive horses help us to create an environment where challenged children and adults are able to do more!From the original six medically challenged students the program now serves over 300 physically, emotionally, or socially challenged riders each year.All of our teaching staff is certified as Horseback Riding Instructors by the Commonweath of Massachusetts. They are also certified to teach therapeutic horseback riding by the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association.(NARHA)Windrush Farm consists of two barns, extensive trails, a large outdoor ring, and an indoor arena to keep classes in session year-round-all set in 200 acres of tall tress, open fields, and meandering streams.
