Offering financial assistance for spay/neuter in an effort to reduce euthanization of healthy pets. Provide public education in an effort to make more people aware of the tragedy of the suffering animals must endore due to the lack of good homes and unwanted births. Through education increase the human/animal bond so animals and their owners will both lead happier healthier lives.
