The primary focus of COPS CARE is to facilitate the administration of educational and community outreach programs. These programs were designed as a benevolent activity on behalf of the membership of NYSCOPBA. The mandate from our membership was to create programs for the benefit and development of children; to keep them safe and to enable them to make sound choices through real world education and situational training.
