Mission: The SPCA of Texas, located in Dallas, McKinney and The Colony is an open door, private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals and people programs. Creating a compassionate community since 1938, the SPCA of Texas has been a leader among humane societies in the state for 66 years. There are no time limits placed on animals waiting for adoption and we have a 77% adoption rate of those animals who are friendly and healthy. Our mission statement is: to improve the welfare of all animals.
