The 8th District AME Disaster Relief Center is committed to assisting impoverished and displaced families that have been effected by natural and man-made disasters.  

The 8th District currently operates a emergency evacuation shelter located in Edwards, MS and a 25,000 square foot distribution center located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The center is a point of distribution of response and relief supplies for  emergency declared disasters.
