For 55 years, ARC has provided a wide array of services to children and adults with special needs in the greater Greenwich-Stamford area. The Youth Division serves children who exhibit significant developmental delays in physical development, cognitive development, communication development and/or social or emotional development. The Adult Division serves those with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability, autism or a related disorder.
