The Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Center (ADAC) offers an array of programs and services to support and assist individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias, as well as their families. ADAC provides comprehensive diagnostic assessment, education and support.  Additionally, there are adult day programs in Plattsburgh, Malone and Elizabethtown, which provide respite for family members.
