Established in partnership with Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and community leaders, the Valley Medical Center Foundation is a nonprofit organization that seeks to bridge the widening gap between the revenues and expenses of the Santa Clara County Health & Hospital System. In an effort to expand, enhance and improve existing services, the VMC Foundation emphasizes the support of services and programs that are under-funded by other revenue streams. All donations and grants received by the foundation are used for equipment, patient care services and programs that do not duplicate or supplant funds from Santa Clara County or other government entities.
