The mission of CASA Kendall County is to recruit, train, guide, monitor and maintain CASA volunteers (Court Appointed Special Advocates), who are appointed by the Kendall County Court Judge as Guardians ad Litem to represent the best interests of abused, neglected, and dependent children in court.
