Streak for Pediatric Stroke

The Children's Hemiplegia and Stroke Association (CHASA) is giving away a new iPad as part of our Streak for Pediatric Stroke 2012 Campaign. All you have to do to be entered to win the iPad is raise money for CHASA  through a page you set up on Firstgiving.

How it works

For every $25 in donations you raise on your Firstgiving page, between 3/1/12 and 5/31/12, you will receive one entry into the drawing for the iPad.  Example:  If you raise $100 on your Firstgiving page, you will have 4 entries in the drawing for the iPad.

How to enter

1. First, set up your fundraising page on Firstgiving. Click the green "Fundraise" button above and you will be asked to sign in or create an account.

2.  Next, copy your fundraising page address and ask everyone you know to donate on your page. Use email, facebook, twitter, texting or just hand out a flyer. (We don't recommend using Firstgiving's "spread the word" feature.)

3. Keep reminding people to donate. Remember - for each $25 donation on your page, we'll give YOU (not the donor) another entry into the iPad contest. So, the more donations you bring in, the more entries you'll have in the contest.

4. Fill out this form and let us know that you've set up a your page. This form requires the link for your page, so make sure you remember how to find your page.
