CompassCare is a nonprofit organization dedicated to erasing the need for abortion by reaching and serving at risk women, transforming their fear into confidence. CompassCare is serving the RIGHT women (95% are at risk for abortion) at the RIGHT time (80% are pregnant) in the RIGHT way (80% go on to have their babies). Through relevant, ethical medical services such as ultrasound scanning, STD testing and treatment, and a comprehensive customized referral plan with 12-month follow-up, CompassCare gives women all the information and services they need in order to make a truly informed and uncoerced choice.
