Sierra Cycle Challenge 2012

Sierra Cycle Challenge 2012

Saturday, July 21st-Monday, July 23rd, 2012

A three-day, fully supported ride that includes all meals, camping spots (bring your own gear), full-service rest stops, mechanical support, first aid and SAG support.

This is a ride like no other! Outdoor challenges change lives, and Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra is doing just that through our year-round program of winter and summer sports for athletes with physical and cognitive disabilities. The freedom and exhilaration that is felt after skiing the top of a mountain, cycling over a rugged pass or catching a Sierra trout is unrivaled!

We need your help! The funds that you raise for The Sierra Cycle Challenge go directly toward supporting our students with individualized instruction and adaptive equipment, so they can enjoy the same sports that you do. Your donations will allow an autistic student to take her first runs at Mammoth Mountain or a Wounded Warrior to remember that life is still worth living.

Raise $1,200 and enjoy:
• Incredible food and fun on and off the bike!
• Swimming at Falls Creek Ranch on night one!
• Fishing and boating at majestic Grant Lake!
• Cycling beneath the towering Sierras!
• DSES Logo Wear!
• Knowing that you are making a difference!

Day One: Mammoth Lakes to Falls Creek Ranch: 55 miles
Day Two: Falls Creek Ranch to Grant Lake: 60 miles
Day Three: Grant Lake to Mammoth Lakes: 35 miles
