Down Syndrome Network (DSNetwork) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to educate, support, and advocate for those in our community whose lives are impacted by Down syndrome.
DSNetwork's Purpose:
- To provide information to assist people with Down syndrome and their families to better understand and arrange for services.
- To provide networking opportunities for people with Down syndrome and their families
- To promote greater public understanding of people with Down syndrome and the syndrome itself.
- To positively effect change in policies and behavior to improve services, education, employment and the overall quality of life for people with Down syndrome and their families.
DSNetwork will achieve our mission and purpose through an open, supportive and collaborative network that will connect individuals with Down syndrome and their families with needed resources and information.
DSNetwork offers many programs that utilize the most current form of "best practices" so that individual's with Down syndrome, their families, and educators may stay updated and informed about the most current information about Down syndrome.
Your donations will help DSNetwork continue to grow our programs: Parents and Schools in Partnership, New Parent Information & Resources, Young Adult Group, Early Intervention Workshops, Medical Outreach, Educational Seminars, Family social gatherings and advocacy.
