Join us and our greater Sangha and community for this second annual 24 hour fundraising event to support the growth and expansion of "the most diverse meditation center on the planet".

- Select "24 Hour Dharma-thon" and follow the instructions on the registration page. During the registration process, you will be asked to choose a 6, 12, or 24 hour commitment.
- EITHER set up your personal fundraising page to raise the minimum required to participate (see below for minimum requirement)...
- OR purchase a sliding scale ticket.
- Join the EBMC community August 25 - August 26 for 24 hours of Dharma and celebration!

Dharma-thon Details
The 24 Hour Dharma-thon will begin 9:00am Saturday August 25th and end at 9:00am Sunday August 26th. The program will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks and discussion, movement such as yoga and Tai Chi, music, chanting, spoken word, martial arts and much more all led by EBMC Core Teachers Spring Washam, Larry Yang, Mushim Ikeda, and Konda Mason; community Dharma leaders; and special guests.
Along with our 8:30am check-in time, we will have an additional and optional evening check-in time available to 6 and 12 hour participants.
For 24 hour participants, check-in time is 8:30AM - 9:00 AM on Saturday
For 12 and 6 hour participants, there are two options for check-in time:
• 8:30AM - 9:00 AM Saturday or
• 8:45PM - 9:00 PM Saturday
Because this is a fundraising event with limited space, to participate in the event, each registrant must either:
- raise a minimum of $48, or ...
- purchase a sliding scale ticket of $48 - $108
After raising the minimum requirement, or purchasing your sliding scale ticket, you will receive an invitation and more details regarding the 24 Hour Dharma-thon.
Top fundraisers (those who raise the largest number of donations regardless of size, as well as those who raise the most money) will recieve prizes! For additional details, please visit the FAQ's page.
EBMC's Need For Support To Expand
The EBMC community has grown larger than our small storefront space can hold for many events. We are negotiating with our landlord over a prospective full-time move into a larger space upstairs, in the same building, as well as looking for alternative spaces.
