EquiCenter’s mission is to develop a community-wide nonprofit center that uses a wide range of equine therapeutic activities to foster the personal growth and individual achievement of people with disabilities, at-risk youth, veterans, and their families.
EquiCenter programming includes therapeutic riding, vaulting, hippotherapy and equine facilitated mental health.
Our instructors are nationally certified in therapeutic riding through the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) and the American Hippotherapy Association. Our volunteers and horses have been carefully selected and trained for their roles.
