Golf Fights Cancer 

Golf Fights Cancer is a non-profit organization that taps into the passion and generosity of all golfers to raise much needed funds for cancer-related organizations and families living with the disease.  Specifically, Golf Fights Cancer makes targeted donations for equipment, services and / or amenities that make an immediate positive impact on treatment and the experience for both the patient and the family.

Since its inception in 2004, Golf Fights Cancer has donated over $1.3 million dollars to cancer related programs that have made a tangible impact in the fight against cancer:
 

• $153,000 - Ellie Kavalieros DIPG Research Fund at the DFCI / Jacksonville GGI - 2011
• $100,000 - DFCI supporting Ewing Sarcoma Reasearch / GGI 2011
• $90,000 - Jordan Hospital, Plymouth for the purchase of 6 Smart Infusion Pumps - 2011
• $15,000 - Mass General Hospital - Living with Cancer:  Navigating the Cancer Journey - 2011
• $10,000 - The Jack Lynch Fund at the Floating Hospital for Children 2011
• $100,000 - Camp Sunshine Bereavement Program - 2010
• $125,000 - The Clark Cancer Center at Falmouth Hospital, radiation oncology - 2010

• GFC will be hosting a post golf BBQ for family, friends and supporters of GFC
