The UC Berkeley Energy and Resources Group is excited to announce its upcoming participation in a solar panel installation project for low-income Bay Area residents. This event is happening in collaboration with GRID Alternatives, a nonprofit that trains and leads volunteers to install solar electric systems for low-income families. Our goal is to raise a minimum of $7,500 to sponsor ERG's training and installation project.
 
This project not only embodies ERG's spirit of supporting renewable energy development but also gives us a chance to give back to our local community. We look forward to rolling up our sleeves and donating our manpower to causes that we support and believe in.
