The Gay Alliance based in Rochester, NY is a non - profit agency that has been the cornerstone of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and ally (LGBTA) community since 1973. The Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley is the only non-profit agency specifically providing non-HIV programs and services to the LGBT community in the Greater Rochester area, and its four adjacent counties.
