Hello, I am back again this year asking for your support. Since our Walk last year, I lost my son Gilbert because of HD. He was a brave fighter and I know that he is watching over us even now with all the other family members and HD Angels. My daughter, Gerri, continues her fight and lots of others do also. It is for thoes and the ones like my sons and grandchildren who are at-risk that I ask you to support our San Antonio HDSA Team Hope Walk for our INDEPENDANCE from HUNTINGTON'S DISEASE.

The researchers are working hard and we need to support them as well as give services to those fighting HD. Of course, that takes money and I hope that you are able to donate even a few dollars.

Huntington's disease strikes from birth to death and doesn't play favorites. With the knowledge already gained, we know the HD gene is a gene that is required for life, so finding a control or cure is very important to all. With continued research, I believe that control or cure can be found.
