23rd Annual TailWagger's Trot

Join the Humane League of Lancaster County for our 23rd annual Tailwagger's Trot!

Sunday, October 14th

10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Clipper Stadium to Buchanan Park, Lancaster PA

Schedule of Events:

10:00 a.m. Registration begins at Clipper Stadium

11:15 a.m. Trot Kick Off   Participants will walk a 1.5 mile route from Clipper Stadium to Buchanan Park

12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Festivities at Buchanan Park include fun for the entire family!

Trot With Friends, For Friends

Step 1: Register as an individual Trotter* or Pack (see below for specific Pack details) by clicking on the start button above.

 

Step 2: Create your personalized fundraising page.

  • Add a picture of you and your pet – smiling, playing, natural or posed. Your friends will love it!
  • Tell your own story- Did you adopt your pet at the Humane League or do you simply have a passion for helping abused, neglected and homeless animals? Tell people why you think it is so important to support the Humane League.

 

Step 3: Tell your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, classmates – everyone you know! The more people you tell, the more $$ you can raise and the more animals you can help!

  • Set a $$ goal for yourself and ask at least one person a day to sponsor you.
  • Spread the word about the Trot in creative ways – email, blogging, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Ask if your company has gift-matching, your donation could be doubled!
  • Update your friends via Facebook as your fundraising totals skyrocket!

 

Trot as a Pack:

  • A pack is a group of a minimum of 5 members and maximum 10, with a minimum of $300 total raised by the pack. This will guarantee your pack name on t-shirts!

  • A SUPER pack may be as many members as you want above 10 people. SUPER packs must raise a minimum of $30 (or more!) per pack member.

  • For example if your SUPER pack is 12 members you would need to raise $360 for your SUPER pack team name to be printed on your pack t-shirts.

  • Each Pack will have its name on personalized Trot t-shirts and will qualify for Pack prizes.

  • Packs must register by October 1 to receive their personalized t-shirts in time for the Trot.
