Long Island Youth Mentoring has been partnering in ministry with God's Church to mentor at risk youth for a quarter century. 

Please pray for the mentors who are ministering to a child through this program. These mentors give 2-4 hours each week to their assigned child. Being a mentor is a long-term and often difficult ministry. Mentors can become discouraged, wondering if they are having an impact. Others are in constant need of wisdom as they encounter weekly challanges that are often far outside of their cultural context.
