1978 – 2013: Join us as we celebrate 35 years of volunteers & supporting survivors in the Monadnock Region!

MCVP began in 1978 as a volunteer-run organization called Women’s Crisis Services of the Monadnock Region. Ten years ago, the agency’s name was changed to Monadnock Center for Violence Prevention, to reflect our mission to serve women, men & children as well as work to end violence in the region.

MCVP is the only non-profit organization in the Monadnock Region solely committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, and breaking the cycle of violence through prevention programs and community education.

This year we’re especially excited to celebrate our 35th anniversary milestone…That’s 35 years of changing lives, adding value and investing in our community! We would like to thank our 35th Anniversary Key Sponsors, Markem-Imaje and Nitro Fitness, for their support!

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT?
I don’t think I could volunteer to be on a crisis line, but I’m so glad there are people who do…

HAVE YOU EVER SAID?
Even thinking about domestic or sexual violence is hard. I can’t imagine living with it…

HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED?
What would happen if there was no help for survivors…

If you feel like volunteering for MCVP is not for you, but you are very appreciative there are people who do, you can still show your support as we celebrate our 35th year!

If you answered yes to any of the questions above and would like to show your support for our incredible volunteers and the work they do, please click on the donate button above on the right. Your support can change a life and make a difference in our community!
