Our mission at Minute Man Arc is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout their lives.

We strive to promote inclusion in the community, to maximize personal choice and decision-making and to help individuals reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.

Since 1958, the Agency has grown into a full service provider offering programs and services to children and adults as well as their families. During fiscal year 2010, more than 1,000 individuals of all ages as well as their families received services from one or more of the agency's programs.

The MINUTE MAN MARCH

Our annual MINUTE MAN MARCH invites family, friends and community to "come together" for a family-friendly, fun-filled celebration of Minute Man Arc's history and commitment to strengthen families, empower individuals and enrich communities. The morning Walk includes individuals and teams "marching" one of three easy routes through West Concord. It will be followed by a joyous Celebration featuring fun, food and entertainment for all ages.

The 7th Annual Minute Man MARCH, held last spring, drew a crowd of over 400 people and raised $105,000 to benefit all agency programs and services. Our heartfelt thanks goes to all who supported the MARCH with their generosity and commitment!
