The National Kidney Foundation Serving New England's mission is to prevent kidney and urinary tract disease, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplant. Our efforts to prevent, treat and cure kidney and urinary tract disease bring help and hope through education, health promotion, transplantation and organ donor awareness, disease prevention and medical research.
