Let’s WALK and ROLL together.

The Cleveland Area PH Support Group is having their 5th Annual Fun Walk for a Cure and Awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension. Join us for a 6 minute walk or longer. We may be able to walk by ourselves, or we many need a walker, a wheelchair or a scooter; or we may have someone walk for us. Whichever way, we will be there.  Help us raise awareness and funds for research about this disease.  
        
We will have a picnic, games to play, door prizes; and a goody bag with a shirt, a hat and other surprises.
Special food - Special entertainment – a band! – A PH Specialist

Please register early so we have your shirt size and a reliable food count.

Registration is $15 for an individual or $25 per family up to 5.
