The mission of THE COOPERATIVE FEEDING PROGRAM : To be part of a seamless system of care, in Broward County, Florida, to reduce the pain and suffering of individuals and families in poverty by providing necessary food, ancillary services and referrals. This award winning agency, which will celebrates 25 years of service in September 2010 served over 1.3 MILLION meals in 2008 to the hungry and homeless. We also provided individual counseling, food stamp assistance, job referrals and an emergency life-net for families in southern Florida.
