All money raised will be used for Jane's defense. All contributions will be received by THAT ALL MAY FREELY SERVE, a a mission project of Downtown United Presbyterian Church (Rochester NY) in partnership with Westminster Presbyterian Church (Tiburon CA). As such, THAT ALL MAY FREELY SERVE has the same tax status as the sponsoring church and qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization under IRS rules. Please confirm your personal tax situation regarding the tax-deductibility of contributions. Jane's attorneys, Sara & Tim are donating their time, but there are still many expenses from travel, to room & board, telephone bills, duplicating, mailing and shipping costs and more.
