Thank you to all who joined us on May 30 at Forest Park to raise money for Bay State Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice.  Over 175 folks walked to support our Hospice program and reconnect with our hospice staff and volunteers.

Step Out for Hospice is your chance to help our staff and volunteers help our patients to live each day to the fullest.  Baystate Visting Nurse Association and Hospice provides the equipment, care and support to maximize comfort and pain relief for our patients.  We offer Spiritual and Social Care to assist with coping and preparing for loss.  We have Home Health Aides who help with personal care and volunteers who provide companionship and alternative therapies.  Finally we have Bereavement Counselors who support the family for a year after their loss.

With all the work that Baystate Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice does for our patients we could not do it without the support of our donors and those who walk the extra mile to help us go the extra mile.
