is excited to announce our
13th Annual Community Celebration

Step Up for Down Syndrome!
(formerly known as the Buddy Walk®

Sunday, October 9, 2011
at Brier Creek Community Park. 

This is our largest community event of the year and our largest annual fundraiser.  We raise money in two ways, through corporate sponsorships, registrations and through personal fundraising pages.  

Please register for the event on-line using a credit card, by clicking the green START FUNDRAISING button above and choose the first option that allows you to register for the event.  

Families should create a team name to allow all family or friend groups that will also attend to register under your team so their fundraising will be applied to your team total.  This will also insure that each registration receives a registration goody bag and t-shirt(s) for each registrant, especially for groups arriving separately.  

To insure that there will be a t-shirt in the size you specify during the registration process, you must register by September 11th. If you register after this date, we will have t-shirts at the walk but cannot guarantee that we will have your size. 

If you register, create your personal fundraising page, and begin collecting donations by August 31st, you will receive a free Step Up for Down Syndrome magnet for your car, fridge, filing cabinet, etc.

Setting up your fundraising page is fun and easy (upload cute pictures of your child!) and our NEED HELP link gives you all the directions you will need.  If you still have questions, don't despair - help is just an email away.
