Proceeds from Dance for Arts Education will directly support The Clay Studio's Claymobile Outreach Program, a 100% mobile arts education program that brings ceramic classes to disadvantaged students throughout Philadelphia. 

About the Event

The Dance for Arts Education is Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Philadelphia's Ruba Club (414 Green St, Philadelphia)! There are two registration types: Dancer and Wallflower. The registration fee for each type is $20. Participants must be age 21+.

Doors open at 8. Opening program by Club Lyfestile at 8:30. Dancing for the cause from 9-1am

For your $20 registration fee, you will receive a free drink, food, fun, four hours of dancing, and the opportunity to raise money for a good cause. Every dancer who raises $100 by collecting pledges will get a free DANCE for Arts Education t-shirt and the chance to win other prizes. The theme of our dance-a-thon is "Decade mash-up" the music provided by DJ SnakPak will start in the 50s and take us to now. Dancers are encouraged to dress the theme in whatever way they like. 

Dancers light up the dance floor  with their amazing dance moves in support of the Claymobile! To get started, click the  Register  button above. From there, you will register for the event and create your personal fundraising page. You can personalize the page however you like and then send the link to all the people you'd like to ask for support. Your sponsors can make a quick, easy online donation and help you reach your goal in no time!

Wallflowers attend the Dance for Arts Education to enjoy the party! There is no fundraising requirement - simply pay your $20 registration fee and come enjoy the event on October 13th! To get started, click the  Register  button above. When you are prompted to start a personal fundraising page, simply indicate that you choose not to create a page.
