WELCOME! The mission of the Valley Organization for Improved Communication and Equality for the Deaf and Hard-of Hearing (V.O.I.C.E.) is to insure that a comprehensive, coordinated system of services (Advocacy, American Sign Language Interpreting, Employment Assistance and Direct Care Support Staffing) is accessible to people with disabilities, with a primary focus on those who are deaf or hard of hearing, enabling them to achieve their maximum potential through increased independence, productivity and full integration into their communities.

VOICE, Inc. has agreed to donate funds to the 2009 Michigan Deaf Association Biennial Conference!! The conference will be held August 26 - 30, 2009 at the Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center in Bay City, Michigan. We are trying to raise $75,000 to pay for the conference. Please consider designating the conference as the beneficiary of any donations received through your Firstgiving page!
