I enjoy running tremendously and it becomes a hundred more fun when participating for such a great organization. I am sure you can think of a few people who have been afflicted with some type of  vision, hearing or balance problem: I know I can. As some of you may already know, I have a close family member who is fighting through a vision problem.  I am eager to raise funds and excited that my efforts can directly assist my loved one and those with similar conditions.

I am proud to say that I was able to complete the 2007 Boston Marathon under my goal of four hours. My official time was  3 hours 58 minutes 51 seconds. Although the weather on marathon day was a little less than desirable, the atmosphere was positive and exciting. My friends and loved ones were watching for me as I turned onto Boylston to cheer me on which made the finish one of the greatest moments of my life.
