Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
Hey everyone!
It's that time of year again! I survived last year's Bridge Run and am tackling it again this year. I am running the 10K Cooper River Bridge Run on April 4, 2009 (bridgerun.com). Each year more than 45,000 people run this race and I have begun an intense training program in order to prepare for the run. This may come as a shock to most of you because most of you all know that I am in no way, shape or form a runner! However, I have decided to run this race in order to raise money for a cause that I am personally involved in. On Saturday mornings I volunteer for the Charleston Miracle League. The Charleston Miracle League is an organization that allows physically and mentally disabled children to play baseball. As an avid softball player myself I believe everyone, no matter what disabilities they may have, should be able to experience one of America's greatest pastimes. This year I am even more involved with Miracle League and will be the assistant coach for the Red Sox (Sorry Indians fans!)
I personally witness the postiive affects of this program everytime I volunteer. The smiles that come to the childrens' faces are truly heartwarming. Please support me as I run my 2nd 10K by donating to the Charleston Miracle League. Your donation is truly going to a noteworthy cause.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
Thank you!
