Any help you give, no matter how small, will help keep Camp Mak A Dream, a cost-free camp for children who have cancer (or who have siblings with cancer), running and touching the lives of children across the country.  It gives them a chance to feel like they're not alone in their journey, have some fun without feeling "different" and forget for a few days that their lives hang in the balance.  The folks who run this camp are simply extraordinary.  The doctors, nurses and counselors are all volunteer and donate their time because it makes THEM feel good.  What they get back from these incredible children is unmeasureable.  Please feel free to go to their website to see the impact it has on young lives.

Thanks again so much for any help you may feel inclined to give (donating through this website is simple, fast and completely secure).   These amazing kids and the people who volunteer will be "riding along" with me on those 130 miles and helping me slug over those mountian passes when I'm feeling worn out.  If they can go through what they do on a daily basis, surely I can ride 130 miles in one day...
