Hello Friends and Family,
 
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! It is hard to believe that one year has passed since our first Buddy Walk last fall. We were overwhelmed with the generosity of donations from our friends and family that we want to thank you once again for your support.
 
Alex continues to make progress every day and we truly feel blessed to have such a healthy, social, content little man. He has a smile that will make you melt. He tilts his head to the side and flashes this grin that makes everyone say "Aww." He is definitely a little charmer and he makes us laugh all the time. He receives physical, occupational, and speech therapy weekly. The therapists come to our house and I'm right there with him learning how to strengthen his skills.

We are looking for your continued support for this years annual Buddy Walk. With hundreds of Buddy Walks taking place around the country and abroad, the Down syndrome community is able to speak with a unified voice in raising awareness and acceptance of Down syndrome. 
 
If you are interested in walking with us, the one mile walk is scheduled for Sunday, September, 27, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at North Ponds Park in Webster, New York. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with numerous family activities held before and after the walk.
 
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts.
