As most of you know, I have been running with the Providence Ronald McDonald House Running Club for several months.  In addition to preparing monthly meals and raising awareness about the house, we also have opportunities to contribute financially to the organization.  This August 9th. I will be running the Falmouth Road Race with the goal of raising $750 for the cause. 

What can $750 buy?  It can cover the total food bill for the house for a month and a half.  It could cover the cost of housing seven families for eleven nights, which is the average length of stay at the House.  Above all else, it can provide a family with piece of mind and a home-away-from-home as they care for their sick child. 

I know that funds are tight for everyone but I also know that, together, we can lighten the burden for families that are suffering tremendously.  No amount is too small and no amount of appreciation is too great for your support!
