The Atlanta Humane Society

Start Fundraising

Thanks for creating a fundraising page to benefit the "Society Pets" of Atlanta Humane Society. You can create a general page or you can create a page for our upcoming Pet Parade!

On Saturday, April 21, 2012 animal lovers and their pets will join together as thousands of paws walk for a cause. Pet Parade is Atlanta Humane Society's largest fundraising event and all proceeds directly benefit the shelter's homeless animals. Pet Parade participants follow their choice of a 1 - 1.5 mile long scenic route through Atlantic Station (with or without their pets) and enjoy the special offerings of our festival, including an array of adoptable animals, vendors, games, contests, training demonstrations and displays by local rescue organizations.

All proceeds benefit the animals of AHS. For more walk information, please email petparade@atlantahumane.org.

Every year the Atlanta Humane Society helps thousands of homeless animals and pets waiting to find their forever families. Nearly 6,000 dogs and cats find their new homes every year through the Atlanta Humane Society. Approximately 10,000 pets are spayed or neutered through our shelter in an effort to end pet overpopulation. And 1,000 animals pass through our foster care program in any given year. The Atlanta Humane Society also provides Georgia's only full-service charitable veterinary clinic and offers programs including adoptions, education, a community food bank, pet facilitated therapy, lost & found and a mobile adoption bus.
